Roshana Babu is the CoFounder/CEO of Ayata Interactive Media (AIM) and CEO of a boutique talent consulting firm. She comes with over 20 years’ experience in worldwide talent acquisition. She is particularly skilled in assessing and realigning talent acquisition and business operations efforts to support strategic direction and global growth within cutting edge technologies in Virtual Reality, Mobile, Software Engineering and online video gaming.

Paula Telander
Paula Telander is the CoFounder/Chief Marketing Officer
of Ayata Interactive Media (AIM) and Founder/CEO of
TeaTime Entertainment Group, Inc. which produces inspirational driven motion pictures, music videos, and documentaries. She comes with 30 years' experience in the entertainment industry, as a producer, creative director, art director, TV/radio host, mentor, and music executive, producing film/music marketing packages, press kits, photo shoots, and music videos for a variety of artists, producers, record labels, and film companies. Telander and business partner James Gardiner, are the co-founders/owners of San Francisco bay area based Pajama Studios, a world-class, award-winning commercial recording studio earning 42 platinum and gold albums, Touch-Tone Productions, and Gardiner Music Mentoring, a new artist development and mentoring program.

Shakiji Abdul
Shakiji Malik Abdul, (aka Zulu King Shakiji named in the Universal Zulu Nation) is the CoFounder/Chief Distribution Officer of Ayata Interactive Media (AIM) and CoFounder/CEO Kulturezine Media Interactive, LLC. Kulturezine has a full content and creation distribution deal with The Orchard/Sony. Over the course of his 30 year' career, he has worked as an American Digital Media Creative Executive, Music Distributor, Film and Music Producer, A&R Executive Director, Marketing Director, Urban Culture Activist and Historian. He is currently, the Sr. Executive Director of A&R TMG/Universal Music Group.

James Gardiner
James Gardiner is the CoFounder/Chief Creative/Music
Officer of Ayata Interactive Media (AIM) and an award-
winning composer, arranger, orchestrator, producer and
recording engineer with two Grammy nominations and 42 gold and platinum awards to his credit. Gardiner is a NARAS (Grammy) voting member. He runs Pajama Studios, a world-class recording studio, Touch-Tone Productions , and Gardiner Music Mentoring, a new artist development and mentoring program with his business partner producer/director Paula Telander.

Bill Thomason
Bill is an Advisor to Ayata Interactive Media (AIM) an investment professional, serial entrepreneur, startup advisor, impact investor and expert in financial literacy, Fin-tech and Block Chain. He has managed a mutual fund (small/mid-cap); a hedge fund (long/short) and a community development venture capital fund. Bill is a published author "Make Money Work for You - Instead of You Working For It" (John Wiley 2006). He is the Managing Partner and CoFounder of E3 Innovation Fund. He is also the founder of a youth financial literacy non-profit the "Wall Street Wizards" based in San Francisco with a satellite program in New York.
